Tonight’s Meet

May 14, 2008

A quick post to remind everybody about tonight’s meet and fill in a few bits of info for you. Judging from the RSVP list so far it’s gonna be a great session with some great people. Anyone not RSVP’ed already, please do so as it helps us keep a tab on the numbers and let you all know about the next meet.

We’ll be upstairs in the William IV pub from 6pm onwards. Around 7pm our guest Anthony Volodkin from Hype Machine will kick things off, followed by discussion. Bring your questions, thoughts and ideas please. We want everyone to get involved and leave with some new friends! After the discussion we will be staying upstairs for more drinks and some food until 11pm.

– If you take any pics please add to our Flickr stream.
– If you twitter, please drop us a mention now and twitter the event later.
– If you blog, please drop us a mention and tag as OpenMusicMedia.
– If you stumble across any interesting links relavent to tonight’s discussion please add them to our Ma.gnolia group.

Also, if anyone happens to be handy with a video camera we’d love someone to capture some short video at the meet. Let us know if you can help out with that.
